Faro

Faro is the simplest way to save and track pages. When saving, you highlight a sentence to serve as a tagline. It helps you remember what the page is about and why you saved it. If unsure—just save the sentence you're reading when you feel the urge to save. All saves appear on the dashboard. By default, they're sorted by recency, so you won't forget what you recently saved. You can pick up reading where you left off—no need for a separate reading list. You can also pin or archive items to organize them further. Organize them with tags. Since you're reminded of what you saved and why, you can do this later. Managing saves is much easier compared to bookmarks. It includes nested tags (like in Obsidian). Clicking "Save" takes you straight back to your highlight—useful for longer articles, especially when you step away from reading. Also: - If you uninstall Faro, export your saves to bookmarks to keep them. - Copy the link to your highlight to share or paste into Notion, Obsidian, etc.
