What is Pipifier?
PiPifier is a native macOS Safari extension that allows you to use every HTML5 video in picture-in-picture mode.
If an HTML5 video is playing on any website, such as YouTube, simply click the PiPifier icon in the Safari toolbar to enable picture-in-picture for that video. Before clicking, make sure you've interacted with the video player (e.g., Play/Pause).
Usage:
(0. Launch PiPifier)
Open Safari, go to Preferences
Navigate to Extensions
Enable PiPifier
Select View > Customize Toolbar, then drag the PiPifier icon into the toolbar
To use PiPifier, when watching an HTML5 video, click the icon (Note: You need to interact with the video once. If it autoplays, pause and play it again).
