What is Temporary containers?
Easy-to-open disposable containers that isolate additional data and delete after use: Based on navigation targets, fully automatic for certain websites, using mouse-clicked links or simply by utilizing the toolbar icon.
Want to make the most of Temporary Containers? Enable Auto Mode!
Auto Mode overrides the standard way of opening new tabs—even when launched from external programs. Instead of opening tabs in no container, it places them in freshly created temporary containers. No more cookies, cache, and storage accumulating in one place; everything happens within its own isolated temporary container. If Auto Mode is enabled, you should also configure mouse clicks to open new Temporary Containers. Recommended preferences:
Isolation > Global > Mouse Clicks:
Middle Mouse: Always
