Insight Stash is the voice of customer service, enabling you to create custom surveys for your website. The setup is incredibly simple—just copy and paste the code from your dashboard into all pages where you want the survey to run, then complete the remaining configurations from the admin panel. You can configure all parameters of the survey, such as the questions you want to ask and the format of the answers. You can also determine how and when the survey appears—whether triggered by a button click, window closure, or manual action (this is part of advanced configuration). Surveys can be set to pop up on specific pages, during certain time periods (e.g., from January 2nd to January 18th), or randomly displayed to 10% of visitors. They can appear as modals on your website or open in a separate window for visitor convenience. Once visitors submit their responses (if they choose to), all data becomes available for your review and analysis. You can log into the admin panel to view reports or export the data to Excel and other tools. You can run multiple surveys on a single page or across different pages, with your account supporting simultaneous usage. Collaborators can assist with surveys under different permission levels. Additionally, you can enable sentiment analysis for text fields, pass a set of parameters with each response, and trigger surveys based on custom actions.
