NCR CPMobile

NCR Professional Retail (formerly Radiant Systems) provides retailers with tools to help them run their businesses, connect with customers, and sell anywhere! CPMobile is a suite of mobile apps available on Apple iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad iOS platforms (requires iOS 5.0), directly integrated with NCR Counterpoint point-of-sale and retail management solutions. Offered in a modular format, retailers can choose from simple product and customer lookup utilities to mobile point-of-sale and inventory management options. With the product and customer lookup module, retailers can check prices and inventory levels anytime, anywhere using their mobile devices, and look up customer information or add new customers to the database. Engage with customers directly on the sales floor without returning to the office or checkout counter to answer simple questions. No additional hardware is needed—just your mobile device and a wireless connection to NCR Counterpoint. Requirements: You must be an NCR Counterpoint POS customer to use CPMobile. Required software includes NCR Counterpoint 8.4.4 or later (some CPMobile features require 8.4.5) and the mobile service utility deployed to the POS server. CPMobile is activated after registration on the NCR Professional Retail website. Optional hardware for use with CPMobile is available for purchase from authorized NCR Professional Retail dealers.
