What is Flexihub?
FlexiHub is a Software-as-a-Service solution designed to redirect all types of USB devices over a network and access remote USB devices via the Internet. As a flagship product of Electronic Team, Inc., it has been a subsidiary offering since its launch in 2014. FlexiHub serves as a convenient software service for individuals, small teams, and major organizations, supporting all key connection protocols:
TCP/IP
UDP
RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)
FlexiHub is a driverless solution—it does not require installing any device drivers on the local computer, as it automatically detects the device type when connecting to a remote machine. It is a cross-platform service capable of linking USB devices across different operating systems:
Windows
macOS
Linux
Android
Raspberry Pi
Additionally, FlexiHub can redirect COM ports over Ethernet (supported only in the Windows version). It employs 2048-bit SSL encryption to secure traffic, featuring login tokens for safe account sharing and an auto-connect function. It also offers optional data compression and dedicated tunnel servers to maximize connection speeds.
To minimize potential downtime, FlexiHub includes built-in "Keep Connection Alive" and "Auto-Connect" options to ensure USB device sharing remains as reliable as possible. FlexiHub is distributed via a subscription-based model with four different tiers:
- **Personal Plan** for individual users, billed annually (starting at $14/month);
- **Team Subscription** for professional teams, billed monthly (starting at $12 per user/month);
- **Pay-as-you-go Business Subscription** tailored to specific business needs (starting at $50 for 100 sessions*);
- **Enterprise Subscription** customized for large-scale projects (pricing available upon request).
*1 session = 1 connection to a remote device. FlexiHub comes with a trial subscription, allowing you to test the service for free for 30 days with 5 sessions included.
