Mantis Bug Tracker is a free, open-source, web-based bug tracking system. It is written in the PHP scripting language and works with MySQL, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL databases, as well as web servers. MantisBT can be installed on operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and OS/2. Almost any web browser should be capable of functioning as a client. Additionally, MantisHub is available as a commercial hosting solution for MantisBT.
