Product Information
What is Netscope® server?
netScope® Server is developed for whole slide imaging data in the CZI format.
In addition to data from ZEISS Axio Scan.Z1, it can display all types of CZI data. ZEISS customers still using older MIRAX slides in the previous MRXS format can also view these slides in the viewer.
It also supports DICOM (.dcm and dicomdir), PerkinElmer Vectra qptiff, Aperio svs, as well as fluorescence afi formats and Leica scn files.
Common image formats such as .tiff, .tif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif can also be opened.
It is a web-based slide management system with numerous features, including a virtual (or hardware-driven) file system, audit trails, synchronized files, and the creation of document templates to populate each slide.
You can use the netScope® Viewer or any browser to view slides with shared annotations.
With netScope® Server, share scanned slides with universities and clients, provide large volumes of slides to others, or collaborate using WebViewer—or conduct independent result analysis separately. This functionality makes netScope Server a tool for remote analysis or sharing slides.
