What’s the difference between Pin Application and Pin Window?
A simple way to imagine it is that if you use Pin Window on a Chrome browser window, only that specific window will be visible across all desktops. Any other Chrome windows will remain on a single desktop. If you Pin Application on a Chrome window, then all Chrome windows will appear on all desktops. This includes new Chrome windows.
System Tray Icon:
- Choose from multiple icon sets
- Icon indicates which desktop you’re viewing
- Left-click the system tray icon to show the default Task View overlay.
- Double-left-click the system tray icon to open the settings form.
- Right-click the system tray icon to display the main menu. You can donate to me from this menu if you like the app :)
Create your own icons and attach them to an issue, and I’ll add them to the program.
Wallpapers:
- Set different wallpapers for each desktop
- Specify each style (Center, Stretch, or Tile)
Desktop Names:
- Rename desktops directly in DesktopView
Move All Windows
I’ve added a very handy feature for which you can also create a hotkey. This function allows you to move all open windows from all desktops to the currently active desktop.
