What is Leomard?
Leomard is a Lemmy client for macOS, built with Swift using SwiftUI. It allows you to browse Lemmy instances, view posts and comments, create new posts and comments, read replies, and more.
I created this app because I wasn't fond of Lemmy's web interface and wanted to learn Swift. Plus, I prefer native apps over web applications.
This app is free and open-source, not affiliated with Lemmy or its developers, and was developed in my spare time. Please note that it's still in early development, so bugs and issues may occur.
Why the name?
- Leopard, but with an 'M' because it's a Lemmy client (the app icon is leopard-themed).
- Leopards are bigger than lemmings.
- Cats are cool.
Requirements:
macOS 13.0 Ventura or later.
How to use Leomard?
