What is Phoner?
Software phone for VoIP, CAPI, and TAPI.
This application enables voice connections with landlines, cellular networks, and VoIP. Phoner can be used as a softphone on fixed and mobile computer devices connected to analog or digital (ISDN) subscriber lines, as well as a SIP client.
PhonerLite is also available: it is a specialized version of Phoner, designed exclusively for VoIP/SIP. There are no CAPI or TAPI settings. As a result, configuring PhonerLite is much simpler.
