Gekko is a free, open-source Bitcoin TA trading and backtesting platform that connects to popular Bitcoin exchanges. It's written in JavaScript and runs on Node.js. Once you have a strategy, you can use Gekko to run it automatically in several ways: Backtesting: You can simulate your strategy over historical data, and Gekko will show you what would have happened—which trades would have been executed, along with overall performance and risk metrics. All the above modes can be run from the user interface, which displays charts and performance/risk statistics. Strategies Gekko comes with several example strategies (implementing single indicators). But with some basic JavaScript, you can create your own. You can use over 130 indicators to build the perfect predictive model (using TA-lib or Tulip indicators). Automated Trading Platform Gekko can monitor live markets and automatically execute and evaluate your strategies in the process.
