This application can launch an HTTP server from an Android/iOS device bound to a user-specified port (default 8888) and expose a directory on the device specified by the user (default directory: /sdcard/Downloads).
Any device connected to the same WiFi network with a web browser can navigate to the server URL or scan a QR code to access the exposed directory.
