UCS@school is our modular extension of Univention Corporate Server (UCS), specifically designed for the education sector. It combines centralized identity and access management with comprehensive tools for administering school user accounts, devices, and IT services—scalable, secure, and cross-platform. At its core is Nubus, a central IAM system that enables simple and secure management of user identities, roles, and permissions. The integrated portal with single sign-on functionality allows teachers, students, and IT administrators to access all relevant applications and services, regardless of location or device. Thanks to standardized interfaces and pre-built connectors, UCS@school seamlessly integrates with existing school software, learning platforms, and cloud services. The IT environment can operate flexibly on-premises, in the cloud, or in a hybrid setup. With UCS@school, you can centrally manage the entire school IT infrastructure—from user and permission management to device control and external service integration—efficiently, securely, and in compliance with GDPR.
