What is Znuny?
Znuny LTS is the continuation of the ((OTRS)) Community Edition (version 6.0.30), which was declared End of Life (EOL) at the end of December 2020.
The primary goal of this project is to provide a maintained and stable version of the well-known ticketing system.
Version 6.0 is the LTS branch, a functional release that adds more features and will be launched mid-year.
The fork includes all functionalities from the previous open-source version:

- Channels
- Security & Permissions
- Automation & Processes
- Time & Escalation Management
- Customer Management
- Knowledge Management & Self-Service

- Reporting
This project will maintain compatibility with implementations and integrations based on the ((OTRS)) Community Edition version 6.
