X has unveiled a significant upgrade to its video editing capabilities within the iOS app, introducing a redesigned interface packed with new creator-focused tools. The update, announced by X's Head of Product Nikita Bier, brings multi-language caption support and green screen recording functionality to the platform's mobile video toolkit.

"One of our biggest priorities is to give creators the tools to create original content & reward those creators," stated Bier in his announcement. "We have plenty more updates coming to the video editor in the coming weeks."
