Pinterest monthly active users reach 661 million in Q3
Pinterest added 21 million global monthly active users in the third quarter of 2026, bringing its total to 661 million, according to results published Oct. 29. Revenue rose 12% year over year to $1.17 billion.

User growth and engagement
Pinterest’s earnings presentation shows that monthly active users increased by 21 million compared with Q2. The Rest of World segment, which covers markets outside the U.S. and Europe, accounted for 17 million of those additional users.
European user growth is trending upward after stagnating and, at times, declining over the past year. Pinterest generates substantially more revenue from users in the U.S. and Europe than from users in its Rest of World segment.

Pinterest said Gen Z represents 57% of its audience. It also reported rising engagement among users in the U.S. and Canada, including more searches, board creation and outbound clicks.
Revenue and advertising
Pinterest said revenue in the U.S. and Canada grew 14% year over year. It said international revenue growth was primarily affected by European regulatory changes that impacted cross-border selling.

The company highlighted improvements in ad relevance as it integrates more signals into its AI-powered targeting. It has also launched its programmatic buying solution in all regions.

Pinterest has introduced visual search ads that place promotions in search results and Pin close-ups. The platform facilitates more than 80 billion searches per month.
